Faith, discipleship and Methodism
28 Jun 2021 • From the Minister
Dear friends,
I would like to invite you to an in-person meeting – if you feel comfortable to do so – to talk about what it means to be a member of the Methodist Church.
Some of you are already members but I thought you might like to attend as you have only recently been made members.
This will be an informal meeting where there will be safe space to explore questions about faith, discipleship, and Methodism.
If you attend the group, you are under no pressure to become a member, but I will ask you if you would like to do so when the sessions are over.
I would like to start on Wednesday 30th June at 7.30pm at Perry Hall Methodist Church. I should imagine we would meet 2 or 3 times depending on how many questions we all have.
When we gather on 30th we can agree how often we would like to meet and whether Wednesdays at 7.30pm is the best time to meet.
I have chosen an evening because some of you are working and I am hoping that by holding it at this time of year, you will be okay with coming out in the evening.
I do hope you will be able to join me.
Blessings,
Deb
